Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the different ways of experimenting indigenous teenage motherhood. The motherhood theories and experiences have found that women bodies are, mainly, "maternalized", regardless of age, ethnicity and origin. Furthermore, they demonstrate that teenage bodies are even more "maternized" when they are indigenous and poor, in this context, when maternity occurs before marriage or an established couple, teenage bodies are controlled and watched by society and culture in general.
