Cadaveric bone grafting represents an effective therapeutic option for the reconstruction of bone defects in pediatric patients, particularly in cases where autograft is not feasible or insufficient. This study presents a case series of nine patients treated at Dr. Humberto Notti Pediatric Hospital, in which cadaveric bone matrix was used in children diagnosed with simple or septated bone cysts, mostly located in the proximal femur. Indications, surgical techniques, clinical outcomes, and complications were evaluated.
