Acquired perforating collagenosis is a rare dermatosis characterized by transepidermal elimination of dermal material. It may be associated with systemic diseases, including lymphoproliferative disorders. We present the case of an 18-year-old woman with intense pruritus and perforating papules secondary to classic Hodgkin lymphoma. The diagnosis was confirmed by clinical, dermoscopic, and histopathological findings. Treatment included pruritus management, narrowband UVB phototherapy, and lymphoma-targeted chemotherapy, achieving complete cutaneous and systemic remission. This case highlights the importance of recognizing this association to guide etiologic investigation and optimize treatment.
