Caracterización e impacto de la pandemia sobre el sector

In the Southwest of Buenos Aires (SOB) there is a nucleus of olive oil producers of excellent quality. The objective is to present the results of the census carried out by the Universidad Nacional del Sur in 2016 and analyze the effects that the COV ID 19 pandemic had on the sector. Is a heterogeneous group of producers both in origin and size. These are small and medium-sized companies with growing productive potential. Regarding the consequences of compulsory isolation, they were due to the lower availability of labor and the drop in sales.
