Focus and scope

The Revista de Historia Americana y Argentina is a biannual publication (January-June and July-December) of the Institute of the same name of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the National University of Cuyo. Its objective is to publish original and unpublished articles, notes and debates on a specific topic (dossier), research products. Papers are subject to double blind arbitration. Bibliographic reviews are also included.
The publication is aimed at researchers and teachers specialized in the humanities, in American and Argentine history and in patrimonial issues; in a complementary way, to cultural managers and the general public.
It has an Advisory Committee made up of national and international specialists. Its theme covers problems of Ibero-American, American and Argentine political, social, economic and cultural history.
