The Revista de Historia Universal is a semi-annual scientific publication of the Institute of Universal History of the Facultad de Filosofía y Letras of the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo (publishing entity).

This periodical publication deals with historical issues of universal scope and related disciplines. It is oriented towards the dissemination of research that contributes to the development of the historical discipline, as well as interdisciplinary studies with a historical perspective. In this sense, it seeks the promotion of transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary publications, on topics that are linked to applied history, cultural, political, social, intellectual, environmental, migratory, oral history, historiographical, economic aspects, power relations, subjectivities. , etc., of Universal History. The vertebral objective of the magazine is to promote the dissemination, theoretical debate and constant historiographical review of articles or research advances specific to universal history and related disciplines.

The journal is aimed at professionals in history and social sciences: researchers, teachers, and national and international students interested in the development of Universal History and related sciences.
