Enfoque y alcance
Cuadernos de Historia del Arte (CHA) is an open-access, peer-reviewed, biannual scientific journal (2 issues per year, February-June and July-November) published by the Editorial Committee of the Institute of Art History of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the National University of Cuyo. Articles are accepted year-round. CHA publishes unpublished and original works in Spanish and other languages, provided that the proposals are in the author's native language. In addition, the abstracts of the publications will be translated into English, Portuguese, French, and Russian.
Cuadernos de Historia del Arte is a research journal that publishes research related to the Arts and Humanities, focusing on the problems and tensions posed by the different approaches to the methodological study of art. The topics covered address the relationships between artistic production and diverse cultural, social, political, and economic contexts.
This publication is open to various disciplines that address history, art, and culture as objects of study from critical theoretical and methodological perspectives that foster enriching debate in the scientific field.
